Ladybug Appetizers {Gluten-Free}

With the arrival of spring I have been craving one of my favorite snacks.

 To make these delicious bugs you will need:
  • grape-size tomatoes
  • green onion
  • small black olives
  • cream cheese (softened)
  • black decorator's gel
  • gluten-free crackers
 I don't have measured amounts of ingredients that I use.  It all depends on how many crackers you want to make.

 Slice the tomatoes, green onion, and black olives as shown above.

 Next add the sliced green onion to the cream cheese and mix well.

 Spread the cream cheese mixture on gluten-free crackers of your choice.

Place a slice of tomato, black olive, and green onion on each cracker as shown above.

Next use the black decorating gel to draw the wings and spots on each "ladybug".

Not only are these ladybugs tasty, but also super cute to look at.  Happy snacking!
